The best advice I got from a friend and colleague when I started consulting was to spend some Saturday time on my business. I recharge, reset my inbox (the email count doesn’t have to get to zero, I just try to avoid dropped balls, add commitments to the calendar and delete, delete, delete),
try to recover from review the previous week and brace plan ahead.
Saturday morning running through my inbox is the peak time when I find resources that I want to remember, and never have come up with a good system for that. I’m going to put them here for a while. Email me if you have suggestions for something missing!
